Chad has always had a deep-seated passion for helping people, a drive that initially led him to become a multi-gym owner. For years, he dedicated himself to the fitness industry, where he thrived on empowering others to achieve their health and wellness goals. However, the onset of COVID-19 brought unprecedented challenges, forcing Chad to navigate through some of the hardest times of his life. These circumstances prompted him to rethink many aspects of life and his professional journey.
During his time as a gym owner, Chad had always nurtured a strong interest in real estate. It was a field that intrigued him, but it wasn’t until he learned about short-term rentals that his interest turned into a true passion. The concept of creating welcoming spaces for travelers, combined with the flexibility it offered, resonated deeply with him. This discovery aligned perfectly with his love for travel and the desire to build something meaningful.
Chad quickly realized the unique opportunities that short-term rentals presented—not just as a business venture, but as a way to help others experience the joys of travel and exploration. This passion culminated in the founding of Oikos Vacation Rental Solutions, a company that reflects Chad’s commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
